What if I need to cancel because of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance?
If you need to cancel your reservations you need to contact us via email. If you cancel up to 7 days before the date of the cruise you have full free refund of your booking. For less than 7 days if you booked the refundable ticket you need to apply to our refundable form in order to take your money back.
