ALL booking are fully refunded UP TO 7 days BEFORE cruising date. After that it depends on your booking. If you booked a refundable ticket you can see here the terms and conditions about the refunds. On the other hand if you did not book a refundable ticket unfortunately we can not refund your booking for the last 7 days before cruising date.
